Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to a park and a fresh market, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the dining options were just average and could have been better.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, although clean, felt a bit dated, had ants, and an unpleasant smell that lingered. However, the staff was friendly and polite. The location was convenient for shopping and wandering around the village, but noise control could be improved. The dining options were decent, with a good variety available. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some updating.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were definitely up to Marriott's standards and offered a pleasant start to our Keys trip with their cleanliness and space, though they were a bit dark in the mornings until we opened all the black-out curtains. Unfortunately, we had a bug issue during our stay.
Our stay at this hotel was definitely up to Marriott's standards and served as a pleasant start to our Keys trip. The rooms were clean, large, and had everything you could need, including a living room, well-appointed kitchenette with nice stone counters, large bathroom, linen closet, and a decent-size bedroom with an enormous closet. Highly recommend this place.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a bit of a tired feel. The service is consistently excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring downtown Miami and nearby trendy areas. The dining options vary in quality. Overall, a decent value for a stay.
The hotel offers a decent stay overall with some ups and downs. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and comfortable amenities, but the housekeeping could be better. The service is friendly and polite, but improvements are needed. The location is convenient for shopping and strolling by the marina, but construction nearby can be a drawback. The dining options vary widely from numerous choices to limited selections. The facilities are satisfactory but may need a touch-up here and there.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, although they had a slightly outdated feel. The service, especially from Martha and Miriam during the New Year's weekend, was exceptional, always making sure my stay was trouble-free. The location was superb, with easy access to Miami and trendy shopping areas, despite ongoing updates. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel on Tigertail is a gem with spacious and well-appointed rooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, ensuring a problem-free experience, although there might be some lapses in responsiveness. Its location is fantastic, offering convenience to trendy shopping areas and Miami attractions, with easy access to various amenities. The dining options may vary, but the hotel excels in providing fresh coffee. The facilities are impressive, adding to the overall value for the money spent.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, well-maintained by the housekeeping staff, and featured fancy leather chairs that gave a modern feel to the room. The service was top-notch, with employees eager to ensure my stay was problem-free. The location was convenient to both Miami and its affluent suburbs, offering easy access to trendy shopping and restaurants. The dining options, although limited for individuals with dietary restrictions, offered decent coffee and a better-than-average American breakfast. The hotel facilities were enjoyable, making my stay relaxing overall.
